New warehouse and office space to be built within logistics-industrial park CTPark Belgrade West

The warehouse and office space CTPark Belgrade West – SIM8 will be built in Simanovci, consisting of: a warehouse and office facility, a guardhouse and street furniture (masts, an ad totem and an information billboard), traffic routes and maneuvering areas, developed free green areas and the necessary infrastructure.

According to the documentation from the public inspection, the warehouse and office facility will have two floors (including the ground floor). On the ground floor, aside from the storage rooms, there will also be the technical part of the space (a space for a substation, a gas boiler and a sprinkler and ventilation station), and the upper floor will feature the office part – administration and a part for daily storage.

The total gross area of the facility is 17,296.02 m2.

The investor is CTP TAU d.o.o. Novi Beograd, and the urban project was prepared by the PE Urbanizam Sremska Mitrovica.
