Time Capsule Laid Down in Foundations of Future RIVA Shopping Center in Velika Plana

A time capsule was laid down in the foundations of the future RIVA Shopping Park in Velika Plana, owned by the local company Donic, on Tuesday, April 2. The capsule, which contains copies of daily newspapers and little notes written by those gathered at the event, was laid down by members of the Donic family together with friends and partners on the project.

The RIVA Shopping Center will be located in the very center of Velika Plana, on an area of 11,280 m2. With a total gross area of 6,019.93 m2, and with 5,600 m2 for the tenants, it will contain over 17 stores, 100 parking spaces and a children’s playground.



– The location is very well connected with Belgrade and Nis, considering that it is only a kilometer away from the connection to the highway E-75, which is the most important traffic route through Serbia. In addition to the excellent location, we have secured an excellent mix of national and international brands from various categories, such as fashion, footwear, sports, beauty and health, hospitality, which, along with the supermarket and the children’s playground, will make the comfortable shopping experience complete. The opening of our new unique shopping destination is planned for September 2024.
