State Commissioning Preparation of Spatial Plan of Special-Purpose Area of Protected Landscape Avala-Kosmaj

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has opened the public procurement procedure for the services of the preparation of the spatial plan of the special-purpose area of the Protected Landscape Avala-Kosmaj.

The value of the procurement has been estimated at RSD 10 million.

The special plan encompasses parts of the territories of the City of Belgrade, namely, in the territory of the city municipality of Barajevo, the entire cadaster municipality of Lisovic; in the territory of the city municipality of Vozdovac, the entire cadaster municipalities of Beli Potok, Jajinci, Kumodraz, Pinosava, Rakovica Selo, Ripanj and Zuce; in the territory of the city municipality of Mladenovac, the entire cadaster municipalities of Americ, Velika Ivanca and Koracica; in the territory of the city municipality of Sopot, the entire cadaster municipalities of Babe, Guberevac, Ducina, Mala Ivanca, Mali Pozarevac, Nemenikuce, Parcani, Popovic, Ralja, Rogaca, Sopot, Stojnik and Djurinci.

– The spatial plan will create the planning basis for defining a long-term concept of the spatial development of the special-purpose area. The spatial plan will contain elements of detailed regulation in line with the Decision on the preparation of the Spatial Plan of the special-purpose area of the Protected Landscape Avala-Kosmaj, which will enable its direct implementation, in line with the law – the tendering documentation says.
