1. Project overview
1.1 The Subject of the Project is the supply, transport and installation of CHUs within the Danube Corridor Expressway project camp.
1.2 Scale: The K12 camp (camp at km 12) of the Project is located in Pozarevac. The camp contains 77 containerized housing units (CHUs), including the units themselves, insulation no less than 60mm, interior decorations, roofs, corridors, doors and windows, lighting and circuits, toilet facilities, etc.
1.3 Standard(s) for the Project: Relevant laws and regulations of Serbia.
1.4 Contents of RFQ and Procurement: 77 CHUs, including the units themselves, insulation no less than 60 mm, interior decorations, roofs, corridors, doors and windows, lighting and circuits, toilet facilities, etc.
1.5 Delivery period: Three months.

2. Bidder qualification(s): All Bidders must have registration documents issued by the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Serbia, Tax Administration. A bidder’s business scope shall cover all (abovementioned) Contents of
this tender, and shall have a good reputation.

3. How to obtain RFQ documents The procurement announcement will be simultaneously posted on the Serbian bidding information release website (https://www.ekapija.com/tender), the official website of Shandong Hi-Speed Group (https://www.sdhsg.com), Sunshine Procurement Service Platform (http://www.ygcgfw.com) and Qilu Procurement and Bidding (https://www.qlebid.com). Whoever is interested in the bidding shall have the responsible person (with his/her personal ID) obtain RFQ documents at China Shandong International Economic and Technical Cooperation group Ltd. ogranak Beograd, 8:00 - 11:00/13:00 - 16:00 daily, November 30 - December 6, 2021 (CET, the same below, excluding holiday(s)), or send application letter for RFQ documents to contractpogo@gmail.com. The RFQ documents are free of charge.

4. How to submit quotations
4.1 Deadline: December 10, 2021 9:30 (CET)

4.3 Overdue quotations and/or quotations not delivered to the designated location will not be processed by the buyer.
4.4 The buyer will publicize the quotations at the same time and place mentioned above. Bidders (with personal IDs) are requested to attend the bidding on time. Those who are absent shall be regarded as acquiescing the result.
