The Department for Urban Planning and Construction of the Municipality of Stara Pazova has advertised the public presentation of the urban project for the development of the location for the construction of a four-story complex for multi-family residence in Block 9.
The investor is Everfresh d.o.o. from New Belgrade, and the drafting authority of the urban project is Konsalting d.o.o. from Stara Pazova.
According to the urban project, the planned complex consists of two multi-family residential facilities, which would be built in two phases, and a substation as an auxiliary facility.
The public presentation lasts until February 18.
