The company
ABL Solvent doo from Belgrade has bought, for RSD 8.3 billion (EUR 70.7 million), the business complex in Zemunska Street in New Belgrade, as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.
The business space was sold at the initial price.
The part of the complex that was sold consists of 25 registered facilities, with exploitation permits, as well as 30 registered facilities without a construction approval. Also, 22 unregistered facilities were sold.Let us remind that, in the area that was taken up by Industrija masina i traktora (IMT) in New Belgrade, the plan is to build a new residential-office complex.
According to the draft detailed regulation plan (DRP) of the area between Jurija Gagarina and Zemunska streets, namely, its first phase, which the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction has put up for public review, on around 47.8 ha, the construction of over 5,000 apartments, several preschool institutions, two elementary schools and around 150,000 m2 of gross floor area of commercial features is planned.
