Genex Tower up for Sale – Initial Price RSD 2 Billion

The company Generaleksport has advertised the sale of the business services buildings, one with a basement, ground floor, 27 floors, including a mezzanine, and two lofts, the other with a basement, ground floor and 39 floors, including a mezzanine, better known collectively as the Genex Tower, or the Belgrade Western Tower. The initial price for the facility is RSD 2.08 billion.

The building, whose ground floor area is 600 m2, consists of:

1) 28 office spaces with a total area of 14,943 m2, eight spaces without a determined purpose, as well as

2) office spaces comprising the floors 27-37, with a total area of 1,450.39 m2,

3) office and garage spaces as special parts of the facility – a garage with a ground plan area of 9,023 m2, within which there are 10 special parts of various purposes with a total area of 6,445 m2.

According to the documentation, the final deadline for getting the sales documentation is May 13, 2022.

Public bidding will be held on May 23, at the address of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, 23 Terazije Street.
