Serbian Fashion Presented in Dubai – Agreement on First Serbia Fashion Week Franchise Signed

Fashion designers and brands of Serbia were successfully presented at the Serbia Pavilion within Expo 2020 Dubai.

An agreement was signed in Dubai between Serbia Fashion Week and Fort Fashion Council thanks to which, in addition to the traditional fashion weeks held each spring and autumn in Novi Sad, local and foreign designers will have an opportunity to present their creativity in Dubai as well, twice a year, at the new platform Serbia Fashion Week Middle East.

– This is the first franchise of Serbia Fashion Week, whereby our national fashion week confirms that, less than 10 years since its founding, it has become an important brand on an international scale – said the president of Serbia’s national fashion week, Svetlana Horvat, who emphasized that the agreement and the new platform would enable local designers to penetrate the markets of the Middle East and Asia.
