The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency had put the bankruptcy estate, that is, the immovable and movable property, of the bankruptcy debtor HIP Azotara from Pancevo, up for sale.

For a price of RSD 51.4 million, the offer includes chemical industry production and business facilities, garages, warehouses, parking lots, a vehicle scale and a weighbridge.

This is the first sale of the bankruptcy estate, and the public bidding will be held on December 22, 2021.

HIP Azotara was sold this year to the company Promist for RSD 650 million, which plans to relaunch the production at the company.

It has been in bankruptcy since 2018, and at the past two unsuccessful sales, it was offered at initial prices of 5.8 and 2.3 billion dinars. Azotara went into bankruptcy as the biggest producer of mineral fertilizers in Serbia and the only producer of ammonia.
