Skyline AFI Tower – Business Tower Which is Becoming the Center of Belgrade’s Business World

Among the business projects that will comprise the center of the business world in the capital of Serbia, Skyline AFI Tower stands out. This business tower, whose construction started a year ago, is located in Kneza Milosa Street, within the residential-office complex Skyline Belgrade, which has grown into a symbol of the city.

The investor in this project is the company AFI Europe Srbija, which is already well known in the local real estate market and has a high position within it thanks to its very successful projects in the domain of office space, primarily the first business park, Airport City Belgrade. Skyline AFI Tower is a project through which the investor wanted to offer something quite new and different, while at the same time setting new standards with the construction of one such building, where business people will want to work.

This modern business tower is slowly turning into an iconic work of architecture. With 31 floors and a total height of 132 meters, it will spread on nearly 40,000 m2. It is planned to have as many as 11 fast elevators, which will facilitate the movement of the employees and the visitors of Skyline AFI Tower, and each fifth floor will have a balcony. What’s perhaps even more important for this location in the city center, beside the fact that it is extremely well connected with the airport, numerous embassies and important institutions, is that the users will have 510 parking spaces at their disposal in an underground garage, which, when it comes to parking, is a true privilege. Among the numerous benefits is also the possibility of having each floor divided as per the demands and needs of the future tenants. The office space is organized across 31 floors with 1,016 square meters per floor and may be divided into separate lease units. It is precisely thanks to this kind of space flexibility that Skyline AFI Tower suits the needs of companies from various sectors. The building will have a gold LEED certificate.

The ground floor is meant for retail outlets, so the employees at this business tower will be able to use their breaks to enjoy one of the restaurants and cafeterias at the Skyline piazzetta. At the same time, they will be able to do their everyday shopping quickly and easily before or after work at the well-supplied stores.

All those who have the habit of exercising or relaxing after work or during a break do not have to rush through the city to reach their local gym or spa center. The complex features a modern spa center, which encompasses a gym, a room for group programs, a sauna world, the largest indoor private pool in Belgrade and a relaxation zone. For all those who work here, regardless of whether they exercise or not, the information that there will be the “Tri Kljuca” park in close proximity will mean a lot. The reconstruction of this park will be finished next spring, and the park is designed as a true green oasis, with a section for recreation, a basketball court, a bicycle lane and a special corner for pets, but also for outdoor meetings.
